Hi, I’m Kirstie!

I'm passionate about bringing people together to create meaningful connections and lasting impact.

For more than 11 years, I've helped nonprofits, community organizations, and mission-driven businesses build relationships, engage supporters, strengthen partnerships, and deliver memorable events and initiatives. I've had the privilege of working for and alongside organizations including the SPCA of Texas, Three Square Food Bank, Best Friends Animal Society, and The Animal Foundation, supporting everything from donor stewardship and sponsorships to community outreach, volunteer engagement, and special projects.

What I enjoy most is helping people connect to a mission. Whether I'm planning an event, developing partnerships, coordinating volunteers, writing donor communications, or supporting a fundraising campaign, my goal is always the same: to create experiences that make people feel welcomed, appreciated, and inspired to stay involved.

Based in Las Vegas, I provide flexible in-person and remote project-based, contract, and fractional support for organizations that need an extra set of experienced hands. Whether it's planning an event, strengthening community partnerships, organizing a special project, or supporting your team during a busy season, I'm here to help.
