📈 Growing Donor Engagement

Led stewardship and engagement initiatives for the SPCA of Texas Paws League donor society, helping reverse a multi-year decline in donor participation.

Results: +17% active donors (405 → 474) and +18% revenue growth ($1.24M → $1.46M) in 2025.

🤝 Building Stronger Community Partnerships

Cultivated partnerships that expanded community engagement and fundraising opportunities, including helping grow a longtime corporate partner's annual support from under $5,000 annually to $15,000 annually while creating volunteer and adoption experiences that strengthened the relationship.

🌎 Growing Community Through Connection

Co-founded Elevate Diversity, a nonprofit networking organization that has grown to more than 4,800 members, bringing professionals together through networking events, community partnerships, and meaningful conversations.

🐱 Leading Collaborative Community Programs

Launched and led a community-based pilot program with Best Friends Animal Society and The Animal Foundation that helped save over 14,000 of cats over three years by partnering with shelters, animal control, local government, and community caregivers throughout Southern Nevada.

Planned and supported donor and community experiences ranging from intimate cultivation dinners and giving society events to young professional networking programs and signature fundraising galas, supporting initiatives from stewardship events to campaigns generating nearly $1 million.
